- What is the aim of this module?
- Authentic leadership starts with knowing who you are. So we are going to do a deep dive into who you are and how that shows up in your communication approach and style. This will be a regrouping space you will come back to again and again. It will help you make better decisions too!
- I'd like to tell you about the works of Herminia Ibarra on Authenticity and Provisional Selves. In order to try on new selves, we have to know where we are starting from!
- By the end of this module, you will have a far greater understanding of who you are and what you stand for.
- This is going to help you avoid the shiny object syndrome when it comes to leadership styles. You will know yourself and be able to make better decisions because of it.
- Not quite knowing who you are and what you stand for uses up lots of energy in a very ineffective way. Once you know yourself then you can use the right energy in the right places more often and it is so much less tiring!
- This module will help you understand, strengthen and build better working relationships moving forward.
- It will also help you decide what is the next best move for you.
