Do you feel you're not living up to your true potential, which is causing you to be unfulfilled in your career, and enthusiasm and energy are ebbing away?
Do you feel exhausted and frustrated at being unheard or invisible in meetings where you need to have influence?
Do you know you have valuable ideas to contribute, but these are either dismissed by others or by yourself, limiting your ability to bring your full self to work?
If this sounds like you then are not alone.
Research shows that women disproportionately experience these situations in the workplace.
You don't have to accept it. You can change your situation with guidance and personalised support.
And much faster than you might expect!
"Emma is absolutely phenomenal. I was particularly impressed by her focus on understanding my individual style and working with that as opposed to a cookie-cutter approach."

CLARITY
It’s hard to be confident and make a consistent impression without first knowing who you are and what you stand for. This is our start point.
We’ll look at all your existing leadership communication skills so you can recognise the strengths you already have that give you an advantage.
We’ll then look at where you have opportunities to develop your skills.
You’ll come away with a greater appreciation of what is possible for you and you’ll dare to dream bigger for your career and ability to make an impact.
"This course was fantastic! I now feel much more excited and relaxed about pitching my ideas and confident that people will want to hear what I have to say"

CONNECTION
For your messages to have impact, they need to connect with your audience in a powerful and meaningful way. This starts with building the right mindset. Aligning your self-belief with your words and body is the first stage in being able to communicate with conviction.
With your inner connection back in alignment, we look at how you connect with your audience through your presence.
The final piece is to look at how you connect through your message. Ensuring that the way you structure your thoughts and deliver them is congruent with your purpose and goals.
"I don’t think that the benefits of her training are restricted purely to my business, they will help in all areas of my life. I could not recommend her highly enough…”

CREDIBILITY
As a result of your hard work, you’ll start to notice a shift in the way you are perceived by others. As you show up with confidence, even in difficult and challenging situations, you’ll be known as a dependable leader.
Your ability to communicate your intentions clearly and with the relevant gravitas will ensure you start to have greater influence and visibility within your organisation, and beyond.
And overall, you’ll become known and trusted for your impactful leadership.
"Emma is professional, warm and supportive, which made the group feel at ease and enabled us to push ourselves beyond our normal confidence levels."
How it all works
Small & Intimate Group Coaching
This programme is delivered in a small group setting to ensure you get personalised input and feedback to help you implement your learning.
Timings
It runs virtually over a 12-week period and is split into 6 modules.
Materials
You will have an opportunity to access all the learning materials between group coaching sessions.
You will have access to workbooks, training videos, assessments, exercises and tasks, which will prepare you for the coaching sessions. The more energy you can put into the training the more you will get out of the coaching.
1:1 and Group Coaching
In the coaching sessions, you will receive 1:1 coaching and you"ll get a huge amount of value from watching others be coached too.
The coaching sessions are where you turn knowledge into action and action gets results. This is where the shifts really happen and new opportunities open up.
Continuous Support
You can email me anytime during the course, should you need to.
You will be fully supported in your journey by me and the group.
