Speaker Credibility analysis. What is already working in your comms style we should keep and what we need to build on. Plus we have a look at your relationship with your voice. We’ll establish what credibility is and how we can develop it.
Look at what you value in a leader and do a gap analysis to see what additional skills you might need to step up to that style of leadership.
